The coaches at True Fitness are committed to helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals in a positive and motivating environment. Our group sessions can accommodate all fitness levels and include cardiovascular training as well as resistance training. We know that results depend on clearly defined goals which is why we meet with every client prior to joining True Fitness to put these goals in writing. Fitness should be fun, but it should also have a purpose! Whether it’s to participate in a Spartan Beast or get back into your skinny jeans, we will work with you to achieve what’s important to YOU!
In addition to a traditional gym setting, we have added various obstacles to make our workouts one-of-a-kind. You may not be able to climb a rope, but that doesn’t mean we can’t use it to train you! If you enjoy playing on our big obstacle playground, you can join in one of our specialty classes that focuses solely on working with these unique and ever-changing obstacles.They will challenge you both physically and mentally but leave you with a sense of accomplishment and pride WHEN you conquer them!
