Ryan is a former Army Soldier and Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2011, he began pursuing a degree in Exercise Science and Personal Training through Glendale Community College. He has been a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 2012 and is also a Spartan SGX Certified Coach. Ryan brings with him 3 years of experience in Group and Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, and Youth Sports Conditioning. With a positive energy that infects everyone around him, Ryan promotes healthy living through rigorous training and simple philosophies designed to help you overcome all of life’s obstacles!
