What Makes Our Group Fitness Classes The Best?
Each session goes something like this:
- 5 minutes of Warm Up
- 15 minutes of HIIT and Functional Core Training
- 35 minutes of Personalized Strength and Endurance Training
- 5 minutes of Cool Down and Mobility

Group Training doesn’t have to just be a simple circuit where everyone does the same thing the entire hour. True Fitness delivers a personalized feel to every single client at every single workout. Besides, training in a group just makes it more fun!
We don’t embrace ‘bro-science’ over real science. How you train, matters. Every workout no matter what your goal is, should start with a solid warm up along with a few critical movements that engage the core and connect the mind with the body. Then, and only then should we train.
