🎯Target Muscles: Rear Deltoids, Rhomboids, Trapezius

🚨Common Mistakes
❌Lifting too heavy: The inability to perform a full range of motion during the reverse fly is a sign you might be trying to lift too much weight. You may also notice a strain in your shoulders, back, and neck. Remember to start with lighter dumbbells to ensure you are using the proper form.

🚶Being too upright: Standing upright during a fly becomes more of a lateral raise, targeting the lateral deltoids. Without a good ‘hip-hinge’
the ‘Back-Fly’ becomes mostly ineffective; we change the angle of resistance and the muscles we are targeting.

🙅‍♂️Rounding the back: Avoid rounding your back as this can stress your lumbar spine (lower back).

⚠️Swinging the weight. Avoid swinging the weight, as it uses momentum instead of muscle to raise the arms to the side.

‼️Reminder: Strengthening muscles is not a race to the finish but a slow and steady process. Always use a slow, controlled motion when doing the reverse fly. Alternatives and modifications are available to accommodate any fitness level.
