GUIDANCE

Group Personal Training lead by experienced and educated Personal Trainers gives your athlete the ability to learn proper form under the guidance of their trainer.

 CORE STRENGTH

Preventing injuries starts with developing a solid foundation in core strength.  Each group session starts with a proper warm up and 10-15 minutes of core strength.

 APPROPRIATE PROGRESSIONS
